Youth Workforce Program
Our Youth Workforce Development Program is currently partnered with the City of Atlanta Department of Labor & Employment Services Summer Youth Employment Program. This partnership allows AWO to provide underserved youth with meaningful employment opportunities, career training, mentorship, and leadership development. Through partnerships with community organizations and employers, youth gain practical skills and hands-on experience that prepare them for future careers while contributing positively to their communities.

Concession Fundraising Program
Another Way Out's Concession Fundraising Program creates opportunities for youth and community volunteers to gain hands-on workforce experience while supporting nonprofit sustainability. Through partnerships with venues and event operators, participants develop valuable job skills in customer service, hospitality, food service operations, and leadership while generating funds that support youth mentoring, career readiness, and community outreach programs.
