Free programs for youth
Every program we offer is completely free. Whether you're dealing with peer pressure, struggling in school, or just need someone to talk to — we have something for you.
One-on-One Counseling
Confidential sessions with a trained youth counselor to work through challenges, set goals, and build a plan for your future.
Peer Support Groups
Connect with other young people who understand what you're going through. Our facilitated groups meet weekly in a safe, judgment-free space.
School Support & Tutoring
Struggling to stay on track? We connect youth with academic support, tutoring, and school engagement resources to help you succeed.
Life Skills Training
Practical workshops on resisting peer pressure, making healthy choices, conflict resolution, and building the confidence to say no.

Yes. Everything you share with our counselors is confidential. The only exceptions are situations where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others — in those cases, we are required by law to take action to keep you safe.
No. All of our core youth programs and counseling services are completely free of charge. We believe cost should never be a barrier to getting help.
Our programs are designed for youth ages 10–24. Some family support services are available to parents and guardians of any age.
Our helpline is available 24/7 for immediate support. For ongoing counseling or program enrollment, we typically schedule an intake within 3–5 business days.
